This great attunement works with a very delicate parts of a human body..a spine...a pain in a lower back?..my cup of tea, lol..it also helps balancing central nerves system, rather serious stuff..but so far - I like it. Start the process, go to sleep and wake up refreshed?..worked for me ๐
