I’m giving 5 stars as the product is truly good. Not sure about the customer service though. I recently had to use their services and didn’t quite get the standard of support I would have expected. Product is really good though!

I’ve been with this brand for a long time. Would not change it for the world. Using their 6mg and 3mg menthol flavour and both Excellent and highly recommend it!!
