Unfortunately I recieved a different product to what was advertised (24mm advertised but recieved 22mm), however I received it quickly but it took over 24hrs to get in touch and point out the error, once contact was made details on returning it followed quickly, I was also offered a more expensive replacement with out extra cost instead of a refund. My p+p is also getting refunded along with price paid, I'm still waiting for this to happen, I'm not worried. Although this happened I'd have no hesitation in using vapeandjuice again.
