Ordered my usual brand of juice. Had a text it was out of stock and suggesting a different brand. Was ok with me. order was dispatched and with me in 2 days. Very good customer service.

Ordered the third one of these to replace another type I tried which would no longer charge after only 9 months. These are much superior.

They didn't have my item in stock but had a similar one as a replacement, dearer but no extra charge made. Very good communication and customer service.
