What kit is best for IVG Rainbow Concentrate?

This will depend on how much PG VG you are mixing the IVG Rainbow concentrated flavour with. If you use high PG blend then opt for a modest device or starter kit above 1ohm. If you are using a high VG mix then you will want 1ohm or below.
