Who is the 0.6 ohm coil for?

If you want a cloudier vape with a restricted direct to lung hit then you should choose the 0.6 ohm coil mesh build. This heats up the liquid quickly to increase flavour and cloud. 

Who is the 1.0ohm coil for?

The 1.0 coil is best for those who want reduced and discreet cloud production.
