Ether RTA by Suicide Mods is a mouth to lung tank with the option to adjust airflow to create a restricted lung vape. It's a solid tank that is well built and gives great flavour.
This 22mm RTA is super smooth and quiet, with a nice tight, but adjustable draw. You could vape this at low stealthy watts or fire it up to 40 watts.
