Do the Boost Pods come with Coils?

Yes the pods come with coils. In each single pod pack, is included the following:

• Manually Adjustable Leakproof Airflow Valve
• Quick Lock And Release Button
• Coils:
• GV Boost Coil, 0.4ohm, 25-33W
• GV Boost Coil, 0.6ohm, 15-25W

How do I know when to replace the Boost Pod?

As the pods work with replacement coils, you can continue to use the pods for a long period of time. You may find that after a while you wish to use different cartridges for different liquid styles.
